Vibration Monitoring System Upgrade

Successfully executed the design, engineering, supply, dismantling, installation, testing, commissioning, and training for the upgrade of the 3300 Vibration Monitoring System to the 3500 Classic Monitoring System across STGs, MCWPs, BRPs, and BFPs. The project involved detailed site surveys to capture as-found conditions, multiple design review meetings with the customer for timely approvals, and close coordination with the OEM to ensure material readiness ahead of the shutdown. Given the critical nature of the equipment and its role in supplying water to Makkah, the shutdown window was strictly minimized, resulting in successful completion with all units returned to service without issues and with improved performance.
