Protection Upgrade

Delivered the design, engineering, supply, dismantling, installation, testing, commissioning, and training for the Generator Protection Relay upgrade of four steam turbines. The project was successfully executed through close coordination with the customer and OEM during the design and implementation phases, ensuring all requirements were met while adhering to a tight shutdown schedule. By deploying specialized site teams and optimizing work execution, the turbines were returned to service ahead of schedule with improved reliability and performance.
