This project involved upgrading the LP bypass control PLC system at Qurayyah Power Plant for the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC). The existing PLC was removed and replaced with a new control system to enhance reliability and performance.

Comprehensive off-line testing was conducted to ensure optimal functionality. A detailed two-shift execution plan was implemented to meet the tight shutdown schedule. The project was completed successfully, with all units returned to service on time without operational issues. The upgraded control system achieved the required performance standards, ensuring improved reliability and stable operation.
