Control & AVR Upgrade

Successfully executed the design, engineering, supply, dismantling, installation, testing, commissioning, and training for four control systems and two automatic voltage regulator (AVR)/excitation systems at Bisha Power Plant, including the supply of new field instruments and devices. Through comprehensive pre-shutdown assessments, close coordination with the OEM during the design phase, and deployment of dedicated teams for each activity, the project was completed ahead of schedule, returning the units to service with enhanced performance and reliability.
