Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise gas turbine combustion inspections (CI), HGPI, major overhauls, and mechanical project activities.
Supervise troubleshooting, field activities, and maintenance for gas turbines and auxiliary systems, particularly GE Frame 5, 6, and 7 gas turbines.
Provide technical advice on the installation of stationary and rotating mechanical equipment.
Supervise the installation, repair, maintenance, removal, cleaning, and reassembly of mechanical equipment.
Ensure the proper use, maintenance, and safe operation of tools and test equipment.
Maintain work records, material requisitions, and completed work orders.
Participate in testing and start-up activities following equipment overhauls.

Position: Supervisor – Valve
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise the repair and testing of all types of pipeline valves, relief valves, control valves, and actuators.
Monitor work execution, provide guidance, and participate in shutdown and turnaround maintenance planning and execution activities.
Identify and manage the required resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet the production schedule.
Supervise the activities of assigned personnel to ensure work is completed properly.
Conduct on-the-job training and provide orientation programs on different valve repair processes.
Provide repair recommendations for valves and coordinate with Quality Inspectors to prepare inspection reports.
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise site and in-house jobs related to the installation, calibration, and repair of electrical instruments, as well as electrical panel building activities.
Lead subordinates, including work scheduling, work assignments, receipt and allocation of instruments for calibration, and tool management.
Ensure work is completed on time and to a high-quality standard.
Supervise, select, and assign technicians for laboratory and site installation, assembly, calibration, and repair activities related to electrical equipment and electrical panel building.
Maintain close working relationships with the Lab Manager, Engineering staff, and other Supervisors, and report current and future operational needs to the superior.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the repair and refurbishment of all mechanical work related to the Machine Shop, Fabrication, and other auxiliary accessories.
Manage operational workflow and identify new service levels and business opportunities while supporting the Sales and Commercial team.
Improve operational systems, processes, and policies to support the organization's mission, management reporting, information flow, business processes, and organizational planning.
Manage available resources effectively to complete jobs within the estimated time and communicate with Supervisors, Managers, and TM/GM regarding department operations.

Apply knowledge of valve repair and testing, including ISO standards, valve testing requirements, and repair procedures.
Communicate with Supervisors, Managers, and external inspectors regarding valve repairs.
Properly use common power tools and lifting equipment using cranes.
Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
Requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Set Health & Safety objectives and KPIs for the year.
Establish safety standards, policies, procedures, and plans.
Respond to employees' safety concerns.
Stop or change unsafe practices when immediate action is required.
Inspect firefighting equipment, fire pumps, detection units, and related safety systems.
Requirements:

Position: Inspector II - Quality
Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate with operation and unit QC engineer for each work order.
Review and monitor QC activity such as Initial Inspection Report, In Progress Report, and Final Report along with the supervision from the Unit Quality Control Engineer.
Perform inspection by measuring dimensions, visual inspection, and process sequences.
Daily report any nonconformity during the inspection process to the supervisor.
Requirements:

Identify faults and perform troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Work with the project team to complete the scheduled maintenance plan on time.
